I recently had the pleasure of capturing this Maternity Photoshoot for this couple in Chepstow, South Wales, UK.

The British countryside is renowned for its awe-inspiring landscapes, and the rapeseed fields provide a perfect canvas for a Maternity Photoshoot. These fields, created a striking backdrop for our Maternity session. With the field’s beauty in full bloom during the spring and early summer months, they offer a dreamlike setting for capturing the radiance and anticipation of motherhood.

With the couple, we took a short walk into the fields, to warm up ready for our photoshoot. Allowing our lovely expectant mother, and father to get to know their surroundings, bringing forth a harmonious blend of colours and emotions. The rich golden tones of the sunset merge seamlessly with the delicate shades of yellow, creating a captivating visual spectacle.

On our Maternity Photoshoot, I wanted to capture the moments of love, tenderness, and sheer bliss. Allowing each photograph to showcase the connection between the expectant mother, father and the unborn child.

As the final moments of daylight descended upon the rapeseed fields, our expectant mother, and father take a lie down, amongst the rapeseed fields. Her profile accentuated against the punchy colours. The photoshoot draws to a close, but the memories and images captured during this remarkable Maternity Photoshoot session will be treasured forever.
